We know the struggles of trying to reach your fitness goals, some times it just takes a little motivation. What makes us diffrent from the rest is that we stay connected with our participants to encourage,motivate, and most of all help YOU reach your goal.

            TRAINING TIPS/MEAL PLANS

 

We keep all participants informed on proper workouts; also answer any questions regarding the best way to the most of your work or diet. We supply all participants with an organized "mock" diet plan clealry explaning times to eat,what to eat,and the importance of the plan;also the DO's and DON'Ts of diet and exercise.

 

            BOOT CAMP

 

 

Boot Camp is involvement inside and outside of workouts, all participants have the opportunity to stay connected with each other as well as trainer. All participants are very supportive and help each other along the way as well as trainers. We meet 3 days out the week each cycle lasts 4 weeks and on days we do not meet workouts will be sent via GoupMe App The exercises range from moderate to streneous with a variety of workouts including, cardio,HIIT, core work & pilates; this way all fitness levels are met. Based upon completion of there will be an incentive to one person to possibly win thier money back.

            VIRTUAL BOOTCAMP

 

 

Virtual Bootcamp is specialized for those who want the BodyByU Fitness results but are out of the area. Instuctional videos on how to preform each exercise that may need explaining will be posted, along with workout for the day. You will also recieve meal plans and access to peer and trainer support. Another fun and wonderful way to be a better you.
